Scott Larson's philosophy to providing his clients with legal services is fairly simple: "I try to obtain full and fair compensation for the client."

Larson has provided legal representation for injured accident victims in Colorado for 21 years. His expertise includes automobile and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, skiing accidents, and dental and medical negligence cases, as well as cases such as aircraft disasters, and commercial and construction litigation.

As a treatment to his legal successes, much of his business comes through referrals from satisfied clients. His business, he says, continues to grow by word of mouth. Larson is selective about the cases he accepts. He limits the volume of cases that he handles so that every client can get personal, one-on-one service.

Those clients represented by Larson will find an attorney who enjoys litigation and who is knowledgeable about the bargaining and legal process involved in getting the best possible settlement for a client. Larson has settled more than 90 percent of his clients' claims without going to trial. He has the legal background and experience to know when an insurance company is making a fair offer of compensation and when to continue to work to obtain a fair financial settlement for the client. In those cases that do go to trial, Larson is prepared to litigate against companies in court and has done do successfully for his clients.

He works entirely on a contingency fee bases, and knows that when he does a good job, everyone benefits.

When not providing representation to his clients, Larson shares his knowledge of the law as a regular seminar lecturer and a volunteer in various community legal affairs and projects.
